For over 45 years, I have been helping people to rediscover the joy of living in a body that feels good...and they feel good about! Helping them to empower themselves to live and move to their full potential.

I am an embodied mentor who takes their own medicine! My journey started as so many do, not by choice: but a need to make sense of the pain and confusion. Movement became my way through - the language my body used to guide me home. What started as an attempt to fix the symptoms has evolved into a lifelong exploration and enquiry into how movement transforms not just the body but the whole self.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel to make changes alone. That’s why I bring not only experience but also deep compassion—meeting each person with presence, deep listening, and the gift of being truly witnessed. My work supports the whole person—body, mind, and emotions—fostering resilience, meaningful behaviour change, and a renewed sense of possibility.

At the heart of my approach is a simple but profound belief; that our bodies are not problems to fix but our best friend and allies.

Through my unique BodyMind Method I will help you to cultivate kindness and compassion to your body, experience lasting health and inner balance for a deeper connection with yourself and life.
